Teachers will be trained in the digital way and build more schools to accommodate the growing number of students. My government will give Nigeria an educational system that will make secondary school leavers have a requisite skill to enable them to fend for themselves even if they do not attend university
Donald was born to Henry Etim Duke from Cross River State Nigeria. He received his LLB degree in 1982 from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria – Nigeria and his B.L in 1983 from the Nigerian Law School, Lagos and a L.L.M. in Business Law and Admiralty in 1984 from University of Pennsylvania. He served as executive governor of Cross River State, Nigeria between 1999 - 2007. During this time, he was instrumental to various projects such as the Tinapa Resort, Obudu Cattle Ranch. He created a special reserve fund for the state that was mean to protect it against economic downturn and the rainy day.
