Ifeanyi was born in March 1964 and hails from Orba Town in Udenu Local Government Area of Nsukka Zone in Enugu State. He attended St. Theresa's College Nsukka and holds Bachelor and Master's degrees in Business Administration from University of Nigeria, Nsukka. Ifeanyi also holds a MBA degree in Finance and another MBA degree in Accountancy from Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT)
